As a member of the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce Community Leadership Institute, I’m learning all about my community, government, businesses and non-profits from leaders in their respective areas of expertise.

Today, the tables were turned!

I was the expert joined by fellow PR pros Matt Bruun of Fitchburg State University and Glenn Fossa, Lieutenant (retired) of the Fitchburg Police Department to talk all things PR and crisis communications.

We presented on the basics of crisis communications, answered lots of questions and conducted mock press conferences with my classmates.
