The North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce Community Leadership Institute recently invited me to share my thoughts on all things crisis communications and reputation management with the class.

It was a wonderful afternoon full of thoughtful questions, great engagement and some fun media training with our hosts, Fitchburg Access Television (FATV).
